Dementia Enabling Space, Demonstration Path
- The SRUC Oatridge Campus hosts a National Path Demonstration Site on the campus grounds demonstrating a variety traditional and new path surfaces and construction techniques. As part of this demonstration path, Path for All have been awarded Disruption Awards funding from the Dementia Trust to develop a dementia friendly area that can be used as a stage on the walking path.

The dementia friendly area has been designed showcasing different seating opportunities, opportunity for exercise, planting with interest as well as dementia friendly design principles.
The development of the overall designs, style and height of furniture included engagement with dementia groups.
